路Yesterday, June 5th, it started raining at 4:30 in the morning. One and a half hours later it stopped. It did drop 2.7 inches of rain in that time according to a weather underground station near us.
This is a bean field.
This is a swale behind my pond.
Here you can see last years bean stalks washed up at the highway.
A guy about a mile from me recorded just over 4 inches in his gauge.
The only good thing is that the Mommy duck has a better chance with her babies in the flood water than in the pond. Large mouth bass really like them.
