So while i was at the Omega boutique in Paris and i noticed that the watchmaker had a very nice vintage watch. He bought it at auction and It wasn't working at all, he restored it himself. He told me that it's from the late 1930's and has been converted from a pocket watch at some point. Sorry for the mobile phone quality pics, it looked great on the wrist, very striking!

It's a nice looking watch but I could never buy one of these chop shop watches. I know many pocket watches end up in the back of draws because not many people use them but turning them into watches just seems wrong to me.
