My wife and I ducked into a movie theater in Manhattan last weekend to get out of the rain, and we ended up watching Tomorrowland. I drove myself (and my wife) crazy trying to get a visual fix on George Clooney's wristwatch, thinking there was a chance he'd try to get an Omega into the film. All I could see was a watch with a light-coloured dial and a leather strap, but no detail.

Well, Omega has cleared up the mystery in a recent press release:

So, among the Forum members, who owns the watch of Tomorrowland?

Cool post! I'll have to watch for it in the film. I own a constellation from the year after, 1959.

I know George was supposedly an Omega fan from an early age but I can't stand product placement, however subtle.

Worst product placement in history if Omega was involved... you can't see the watch at all in the movie, like the OP, I tried. I thought it may be a new silver snoopy, but there is just no good views and he wears long sleeves the whole movie.
