路Arriving in Budapest tomorrow lunchtime. Seems like no Rough Guide or Lonely Planet is needed... OF has my back 馃憤

路A bit late for an update, but I too had a great time in the city with my family. We鈥榙 driven down to Vienna and decided to take the train to Budapest as a last minute idea. It was cheap and fast enough that you could do a day trip if you wished.
Anyway not much to add, except I did walk past a watch shop so I鈥檒l add it here. It wasn鈥檛 particularly great but it was only 5-10 minutes away from the parliament building so could be a way to kill 30 minutes if you arrive earlier than your entry time for the parliament tour.
