Do the serials match? Can't tell from your new photos.

Also, if your 'expert' is so demonstrably wrong on the 'T SWISS MADE T' detail, then all his proclamations become suspect.

I'll double check the numbers. I've been wearing it on a strap as the bracelet is too tight. I'll do it early next week.

Nice watch you got there  You should extend an invitation to the "expert" who assessed your watch to join OF - he will undoubtedly expand his watch knowledge and expertise :)

MWO also states that bezels B2 through B4 are correct for this reference. The OP one looks like a B3 to me...

The serial numbers are not on the strap. The numbers that need to match are the 48.27x.xxx on the back of the lug here:

And the number visible through the sapphire on the movement here:

I just meant that maybe the bezel insert is not original. I wasn't trying to suggest the whole watch was fake. Just perhaps the insert. ;)

In particular, I was looking at the dot positions near the 70, 75, 140 and 225. The OP bezel definitely does not match the picture in the book that was posted. But it sounds as if there are several legitimate bezel insert possibilities for this particular watch, as outlined on the page before the picture in MWO. (I don't have a copy. Just relying on the MWO pic listed above.)

It would be cool for someone to post pictures of bezels B2, B3, and B4 referenced above. :)

Don't let this guy sow seeds of doubt. You can trust the experts here; wear it and love it. If your really concerned take it be be appraised for insurance and kill 2 birds with one stone.
