Not easy to find a watch that is both double-branded, and a double model! And currently at auction...

If you print words all over the dial, why not at least make it a cohesive statement? 😁

Unusual, yes, but why these can cause a premium I don’t get to this day…

Not pretty so much text, but interesting nonetheless. 👍

That's just absurd!

Rotor self-winding??? That might have made sense 70 years ago... 🤦

Some companies encourage verse on their dials

I know this is an authentic watch but with so many text written on the dial i remember the fake Omega watches on which is written "Speedmaster" "Seamaster" "Moonwatch" "Broad Arrow" etc.. on the same watch 😀

Time will come where you'll have the QR Code on the dial.😉
Yes, which deposits you on a website which shows you the time in numerals and maybe even enunciates them aloud for you

I have a new set of flash units that when you power them on, the QR code for the company website pops up and you have to clear it before you can use them- it’s really annoying and I called to ask if there was a way to disable that- nope!
Welcome to the new world order.

I know I am in the minority, but I love text on dials. Since I was a little kid, the text on the dial was mesmerizing. It told me things about the watch that were not always discernable by a visible examination, and the neat tiny printing is exquisite. Text on the dial has never got in the way of me being able to tell the time. I don't get the grumbling.
