路Hi OF
Apologies if this topic as already been discussed, but I didn't manage to find a thread that covered this topic. As the title suggests, I have 7077 bracelet with single non-quick removable links (i.e. Type B according to this great thread.
What's the correct way of resizing / shortening this bracelet. I had my independent WM have a go and he tried prying open one of the fixed links with several screwdrivers in different sizes with manual force. The gap barely widened. After watching him for painful 5 minutes I asked him to stop. I took it to an official Omega retailer with an in-house watchmaker and they wouldn't even touch the bracelet and said it's fixed, you can't shorten it.
Any help would be greatly appreciated as I'd like to wear the bracelet. Putting on extra weight is not an option by the way 馃榾
