I’ll jump in and represent the US which seems to have little exposure here

 

Well I’ve worked in Aviation for quite a while now. Here’s my Aerospace watches.
My daily workhorse is the G shock GPS 1000 model. This thing is bulletproof!
The others are more in-the cockpit /aircraft tools. Though the Skywalker x-33
And Speedy Moonwatch Pro are used well you know. (ISS).

Not sure if this Blancpain Leman classifies as a pilots watch, but i took it for a flight a couple of times

 

I get vertigo just by looking at that wrist shot!

 

Explorer is working out very well. Its extreme legibility is great in the airplane.
