Nice! What kind of catamaran is that?

Nacra 5.8na .. had the hulls redone in 2015. She's fast.

If I were to bet...I'd bet my hotel/motel pen collection is worth much less than your Indian Motor Bike collection. 馃榿
I derive the same satisfaction that you derive from your pen collection. Its not about the money , it's the chase, the deal and the achievement of acquiring beautiful objects.Just like our watch collections.

Oh, wow. How wonderful. Incredible. Do you ride them (all)?
Not all of them and the ones I tend to ride , its not often enough.

Lately I seem to be collecting plenty of bills. Not sure if that counts as a hobby though.
Somehow it does not give me the same satisfaction.

When I was a kid I collected stamps. My grand father had a boatload of them
. I have no doubt some are extremely rare but I sure as hell don't have time to mess w them so they have been sitting there at my folks for the last 17 years.

Aside from watches nothing else really. Did I mention the bills?

Too many mostly silly things, Magic cards, D&D books, old video games, but sometimes you have to ask if you're a collector or just a hoarder, a lot of it falls into the later category for me, I've still got all my old laptops going back to my Compaq 386 because I just never sell them off or throw them out :|

I just recently brought myself to dispose of the box with all my old Nokia/Motorola phones, several Palm Pilots, mp3 players, etc. Still hurts a bit.

Same hull philosophy. Totally different performance profiles. My boat is a holy terror in high winds that a Dart is designed for.

Got my first geetar about the same year my Dad's 105.012-65 was being made. I think I paid about 拢10, spread over 20 weeks, for it from a mail order catalogue. In the 1970's my school was close to a London Tube Station. I used to play truant, get on a train into central London and hang around guitar shops in Denmark St and Shaftesbury Avenue. (This accounts for me being a nonuffinkbloke!)馃榿
That first guitar kicked off a life long love. Over the years they have come and gone.

Some are vintage and collectible.
Some are for everyday use.

I play at least one everyday and have done for the last 50 years. Dad's old 1960's Speedy even lives with one of them.
