Thank you for that. Bigger? Yes. I prefer the above image to the horizontal line image.

Bigger dimples would have more closely approximated the surface of a golf ball - with the smaller dimples it looks more like a honeycomb pattern than a golf ball. The only thing that really bugs me is the way "Seamaster" gets distorted by the dimpled surface.
I prefer this one of the white golf edition AT's - it just looks cleaner to me than the other ones. I think it will look good with the dark blue strap and stainless end links - can't wait for them to arrive.

The latest addition to the Aqua Terra range is the Ryder Cup model . As with most of Omega's entry level range it has been upgraded to include a Master Chronometer movement an Omega Caliber 8900. In its most basic form I understand that this Aqua Terra model is circa £4000 ($5,400) on a strap and £4150 ($5,500) on a steel bracelet. When you consider that this watch, at circa £4,500 ($5,950) comes with both the strap (with end links upgraded from steel to 18k gold) and the bracelet. Even cheaper if you can pick it up Duty free at an airport outlet. The face has accents that tie it to the Ryder Cup, this watch seems great value and an honest olive branch to watch all lovers who also love golf and less like your run-of-the-mill limited edition cash grab which we tend to see more and more these days. The original Aqua Terra range are all cool watches, and this fella seems to tick all the boxes in terms of heritage, style and value IMO! So what do you think ? It’s certainly going on to my Santa list .
Love the dial! The Ryder image on the exhibition back I'm indifferent to. Do I prefer this to a previous iteration with a green sweep second hands? Mmm not sure. Just noticed the golf ball skin finish of the dial, yes I like that too.

Checked with Omega customer service and they said " Unfortunately the Seamaster Aqua Terra Ryder Cup reference 220.12.41.21.02.004 is only sold within the US market"
Damn....
Had it been a "US Masters LE" I could have understood that. The reality is that many nations play. First World Issue.
It is for the ryder cup. I believe the reason is that USGA's sponsor is Omega and for Europe it is Rolex. I just checked the ryder cup website and if you change between the teams, the watch brand is also changing at the top bar of the site....
