Hi,

Received this in my great grandfathers will. I have no idea about watches but was told it was purchased in the early 50s. Does that check out? Also, would love to know the model and some more info. Manual wind, photo isnt very good but in the flesh face looks a lot more golden although dial is white.

Thanks in advance!

No, that is a later model. Mid to late '60s perhaps.

I love the script 'Geneve' text on these dials. Takes it to an even classier/elegant level.

And here’s my more “common” white waffle dial version

I love the "up close and personal" views of your waffle dial Geneve! Great detail to absorb!

Thanks!

Hello ! It’s a GENÈVE Seamaster ; looks like 1967-68 ; case back seamaster , all solid 18kt.
But looking for the right crown for replace and right stem ; will be appreciate all info that you can give me about the watch. God bless you all

You have got a nice SM Geneve but it does not belong into this thread - it is out of a much younger series...

Better start a new thread and you will probably receive more attention and advice.
