I'm wondering if the solid case back on the PO will make it any thinner? Second question is will I be able to order said caseback for a regular model 39mm PO.

Same thickness as the normal model with displayback at 14.2mm

All things being equal you'd expect a solid back to be thinner than a sapphire display back with a corresponding effect on the watch thickness, that falls down though if a back with a relief engraving is used like here and also with the FOIS etc, there the thickness benefit is negated.

The more obvious question, why did they only go to 10935 meters when the bottom is 11034meters?

The true measurement depth is estimated with a vertical accuracy of ± 40 meters.

I have spoken with the person in charge about the purchase of the sea king.

Is it just me, or is the middle Seahorse in the PloProf case back a bit… anatomically correct

A side benefit of owning and wearing a Ploprof maybe?

The ‘20s fume dial craze is going to peter out and the watches will look dated within 10 years.

Just my armchair prediction.

I got the call!

Sorry about that, hahaha. Well, that's not exactly what happened but I called my OB for another issue and before I could get a word in edgewise, my SA told me, "omg, I was about to call you! Good news! Regarding your Diver 300 75th Anniversary preorder - just got word that it's on the way - it should be here Friday!"

I'll be posting pics after I pick it up!

Oh poo I think I’m gonna like plofrof and I’m 3 years deep in a que for a snoopy! If only Omega could build these watch in a timely manner. I’m in my mid forties and looking at retirement watches for delivery dates.

I’m obsessed with the Ultra Deep.
Too bad that my wallet and my small wrist can’t afford it 🙁

Stuffed crust pizza solves the wrist situation, just not the money situation sadly. Might also leave you with an Ozempic situation though like it did some of my family

Ozempic situation
Always amazed to what lengths people go, just like the Ritalin situation.

Uh, I love stuffed crust as much as the next person, but you all could try doing some exercises like extensions and farmers carries with a tense grip?

🍿

I stopped by the OB in Vancouver and goy got to see almost all of them in person. The Ultra Deep was very cool, but sadly no Ploprof - they said they think they probably won't get any at their location, and implied that it may be a very low production number.

I'd have to say that I liked the 300M and Planet Ocean versions the best out of the bunch.
