The new PloProf is the star of the show imo, steel is back, and it has a monoblock case like the original PloProf 600 now. Also an ISOfrane style strap.

Very cool. Images are by Fratellowatches

I really like this version quite a lot. The new price tag ($14K+ on a rubber strap!) though makes this unrealistic for me, however.

It's a sharp looking version, but $14,300 on a rubber strap is pretty steep. For dedicated fans only.

That thing looks amazing on the wrist shots. If I lived someplace warm and near the beach like Australia, that'd be the one.

Edit: they do look better on the wrist

"Easter egg" lume dial is nice, but that dive had been done before: deepest point in Earth's oceans = Mariana trench in the western Pacific Ocean
1960, January 23 : bathyscaphe "Trieste" with Jacques Piccard and US Navy Lt Don Walsh ( ROLEX Submariner attached to the outside )
2020, June 6 : DSV "Limiting Factor" with Victor Vescovo and Kathryn Sullivan ( OMEGA attached to the outside )

Ploprof is insanely expensive considering it only comes on a rubber strap. Did they hike the price to compensate for the money they lost on the fake $3 million Speedmaster? Or is information in Switzerland becoming hyper?

Also, still no real update to the Planet Ocean. What a missed opportunity...

Ploprof dimensions really look good especially the height,

75th - 15.5mm
Discontinued steel - 17.5mm
Titanium - 18.3mm

The more obvious question, why did they only go to 10935 meters when the bottom is 11034meters?

Maybe the trench gets too narrow at those depths ?

It’s a remarkably comfortable watch, superior to the Planet Ocean 42mm and about equal to the SMP 300M which is remarkable for such an odd shaped design.
