I just picked up one of these. I got it on the Nato. I love the colors. Extremely happy with this purchase.

Here it is next to my black 8800. Night.JPG

I love the addition to the lume on the bezels! I wonder how it will stand up to the test of time?

Congrats! Having seen it in real life, it's a great looking watch. Did you get it on the strap or bracelet?

I think it is aluminum, so my guess is it will get a little beat up over time. But I love the lume. I guess they couldn't do lume on ceramic?

I got it on the strap. It was a combination of not really caring for the milanese, really liking the color of the Nato and availability. The Nato won!

Rolex has lume on the Submariner ceramic bezel, but it's additional add-on (the so-called pearl or pip).

As does the Tudor Pelagos. The decision to go with Al was purposeful per Omega, the reasoning being that it will age with the Ti and fauxtina. That said, a matte ceramic bezel ala the Pelagos would've looked terrific IMO. Either way, it's a great-looking watch.

The ceramic bezel of the X-33 Skywalker is lumed:

Yes, it’s one of the differences between the standard model and the Solar Impulse version.

Ok, thank you. Now I'm officially on the hunt for the Solar Impulse version!
