I don't think any single watch could satiate all desires.

Mind you, I'd love a Milsub, but then I'd get the hankering for something with a blue dial, like maybe a Homeplate chrono

Achieving your ultimate would only leave you feeling hollow. It's best not to go there. I have done it - not with watches - and the feeling of ambivalence that it leaves makes it a regrettable move.
