The “Dr. No” / “From Russia With Love” strap was 19mm

While we all know the nylon strap worn in “Goldfinger” and “From Russia With Love” was a 16mm strap, clearly swimming in the 20mm lugs of the Rolex ref. 6538 Submariner, close inspection of screenshots from “From Russia With Love” and “Dr. No” strongly suggest it was a 19mm strap. They just couldn’t get a fitting watch strap for this guy to save their lives!
