Sorry, but far from being a "Steal" IMO.
This watch looks like it's been in a car accident.
Yeah, the buyer might get a nice dial and an average DON, but what about the rest? (as already been mentioned by other members).
-Hands are ugly.
-Plexi is junk.
-No pushers.
-Chewed up crown.
-Soft caseback logo.
-Caseband all dinged and dented.
-Junk bracelet.
-For sure will need a service.
I think if you add all the costs of restoring this watch, buyer will still be underwater when it comes to current market value. (And I'm not even mentioning adding a ~$1,200 1039 bracelet & a $750 pair of 516 Endlinks...).
The buyer of this lot clearly got caught up in the auction hype and lost all common sense when buying this piece.
