That clock on the Commissioner’s desk in Blue Bloods

I have just started watching the TV show Blue Bloods - about 11 years late to the party, but hey, I still showed up! Tom Selleck’s character is the NYC police commissioner and his office is filled with lots of neato memorabilia. There’s a clock on his desk that keeps catching my attention. Does anyone know if it is just a prop clock or if it’s real, and if so what’s the story behind it? My wife would like to know so I stop pausing the show to take a look 😗
