I ask that question because the wife keeps on asking me, "are you a veteran because you were in the TA".
My answer has always been the same for the last thirty years, "I don't think TA are classed as veterans".
But am I right?
I did two years 75-77 and came out as an LMG specialist gunner (light machine gun) but does that make me a veteran?
Would someone please tell me, am I a veteran or not.
