They did not have any additional Omegas

This is the first Tin Tin I had ever seen in person outside of a dealers store. I actually figured due to the lawsuit that Costco would stop carrying them.

You guys will appreciate this- my 12 yr old son came and sat next to me and I put it on his wrist.

I told him this is his watch once I’m gone, and his job to pass it along to his son or grandson.

Then I pulled up a Tin Tin cartoon and he and his sister forgot I was there....

Blistering barnacles!

Congratulations, I’ve only seen some tacky high end watches at my local Costco. Good pounce!

Man. I might as well just go around every barn/Costco/pawn shop/consignment store now.

Market for these is changing, seeing them regularly at 4.5k, and have seen some for 7-8k (not seen them selling at this price).

Did the recent posters check the dates on the earlier posts at all? Costco had these regularly at one point because they weren’t selling. The FOIS too though that was never particularly cheap. This was a year old zombie thread lol.

Checking back in since this one got revived

I check with my Costco every month and have not seen another TinTin

I actually try to go to others when I’m near them just to see.... still no TT

Occasionally a blind squirrel finds a nut I guess

I had a different Costco related experience 3 years ago.
I did a face to face purchase of this 105.012-65 1506/16 as the owner didn’t want his late dad’s watch anymore. He used his proceeds to purchase a new flashy Omega at Costco.

That's a great pick-up! I'm afraid to ask which flashy Omega the seller bought as Costco usually has some of the gaudiest watches in stock.

Definitely not at my Costco’s here in Seattle. Typically for the high end watches the stores only carries 1 and each Costco has different items in the case. I always make a stop to browse the watches when I shop Costco! I would have grabbed the tin tin as soon as I saw one available! Besides, they have the best return policy should you decide to back out!
