Why not? My highly qualified GP often calls up stuff online to show me the google results from respected international health bodies. When I worked in health administration for most of my working life there were several studies of the diagnostic performance of GPs versus specialistic diagnostic protocols that used well researched algorithms to diagnose medical conditions. Guess what - the diagnostic tools outperformed the GPs every time.

I think AI diagnostic tools would probably outperfom a lot of specialist doctors too.

However, the fools that think that health advice from Facebook is reliable deserve to suffer.

My doctors visit often times ends up with us doing a Google search, as you say respected sources only.

Not yet my friend. To make up for my post, an interesting quote from the distant past.

As I sat, strapped in my seat waiting during the countdown, one thought kept crossing my mind ... every part of this rocket was supplied by the lowest bidder.
