Not a traditional joke, but better than some of these! 🤣

"The Harve Benard Scarf Pocket Square is a 21" square made of 100% silk, featuring a unique clock pattern and a turquoise color. This vintage-inspired accessory is perfect for men who appreciate time pieces and have a casual yet sophisticated style."

Who on earth "designed" that?!
And just so OF may earn a commission: https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/3266626...-b367-cab802243c00|iid:1|vlpname:vlp_homepage

Thirty bucks for a snot rag? Plus thirty bucks for posting a hankie to Oz?

That's a joke for sure.

Not something I searched for. An eBay "suggestion".
I've got a Black Tie wedding (niece) coming up next month. Trying to do it on a very tight budget, as I've been out of work for just over a year.
Tried to tick a few items off the list today, while the end of year sales are still on.
Two Brisbane menswear (different) shop employees didn’t know what a cummerbund is.
Second bloke said "Oh, I haven't seen one of those in years", once I'd given him an explanation, while stood underneath a giant image of a model in full Dinner Suit get up!
Got a pair of "vegan" patent shoes!!! Beggars can't be choosers.

Good news is I've got my first job interview in the morning. 🤞🍀

A plain white "snot rag" (in silk) has been really hard to come by. I bought a Calvin Klein one online from David Jones. Picked it up Friday and it was grey/silver and tiny.
That was originally $59, before the sales!
They refused to refund me but I did manage to end up with a store credit (next to useless).

Unless you're the groom/best man/father of the bride, nobody gives a shit what you wear, all eyes are on them.

Just go to Peter Jacksons and get a pocket square in a really voilent contrasting colour, stuff it in your pocket, and if anyones comments, just say "it's the latest trend, DIDN'T YOU KNOW THAT?"

Here endeth Jimmy J's Satorial Suggestions.

Forgot to say, GOOD LUCK MATE!
Thanks Mr. J. 👍👊
334 applicants since Thursday arvo.
It pays to get in quick, but I'm expecting there to be some big Kiwi boys half my age that I'm up against. Warehousing/freezer rooms job.

Don’t laugh, men are actually starting to wear them.

Planes, probably, and Supermen for sure, but were birds so uncommon back then that people felt compelled to point them out in public?
