You can tell those buggers have done this before, they're well to bold to have just figured it out.
The little flying rats probably lurk about with malicious intent outside waiting for the under paid and even less interested spotty oik behind the counter to wander out the back for a smoke and to fiddle about with his damned phone.

Crust are a franchise chain, so corporate head office and all the other franchisees will be pissed off with the bad viral publicity.
The corporate head office PR damage control played it down making out that it was just one pigeon who got in because the door had been accidentally left open, yet the door can be seen in the vid, it's concertina type that is left open because stupid customers can't operate them properly. I suspect the aforementioned spotty oik was soon dispatched to the unemployment office!
