Bringing back this old thread but was curious if anybody knew whether Technos made tritium dials without the T<25 markings? I’ve seen some dials like the one in the picture with “Swiss” only but it looks like tritium more than radium on that dial.
How can you tell tritium from radium without a Geiger counter?
I can’t but I’ve found that radium dials tend to take on more of an orange hue versus the tan/beige hue common on tritium watches. Very unscientific which is why I’ve always looked for a “T” type symbol for confirmation
