Trying it out close to its natural habitat, salt in the air, Gulf of Mexico a few feet away. I can confirm that after a day at the beach, no water yet breaking it in slowly, that a day later the watch runs fine. It passed the salt air test just fine.

Ahh yes, the Omega "SeaAirmaster" LE

Totally get the breaking it in slowly as it feels weird dunking the water under water. After the first submerssion at a foot, you will realize you have 999 feet to go. Make sure to rinse and repeat with fresh water after being done for the day and it'll be just fine. Have fun!

The summer blue editions are gorgeous. If PO was a no-date I would buy it instantly.

Great looking watch! But I think 300m stand for water depth, not proximity to water. You can slowly go nearer the water as long as you dont wave your hands in the air creating dynamic pressure.

While it isn't the same dial, the heritage fits that bill!
