It is clearly stated in the listing "not made by Omega". Also "unbranded" under item specifics.
As I see it there is no passing this of as original.

Seriously? It’s a counterfeit. The clasp is stamped Omega. Maybe you missed that?

You don’t get it. The clasp is stamped Omega. It’s not made by Omega. That’s the definition of counterfeit. Regardless of the seller's caveats, it’s illegal and against eBay rules.
