Tag Heuer 1887 seconds hand issue

Hi guys and Gals.
My name in Matthew and i am new to thins forum. I recently purchased a secondhand Tag Heuer CAR2110 Chrono. from a renowned jeweler in the local CBD in my area. I have noticed the secondhand (which is actually the stopwatch seconds hand) not sweeping smoothly at all. It seems to stutter and I am not sure if this is normal for the model. Would anyone know what can cause this?

I'm assuming it's more stutter as it normally has 8 ticks per second as not smooth as an El Primero for example.

In this you tube the you can see the CAR2110 has the chronograph running. The chronograph has been running it appears to be 3 hours 25 minutes I believe, when the video is started. The watch has a second hand at the 9 o'clock position. the large second hand is the second hand for the chronograph. If your watch runs like this then it is normal.
