You already have the buckle apart.
Just reverse the process you used to replace it.

The buckle is plastic, and there is no spring, the plastic IS the spring and that’s why the buckle crashed

The best solution is to replace the buckle which is easy to do.
If you want a genuine Swatch one why don't you get in touch with your local Swatch outlet.

I found a metallic buckle online. Waiting to receive it.
