Anyone venture to guess how many plays Tony Romo will predict correctly prior to snap? Never was a TR fan until he jointed Jim Nantz in the booth, the guy is amazing.

I tweeted that same thing

This was a point of discussion in the Super Bowl party we went to. I'm not a knowledgeable football fan, so I greatly appreciated an announcer who understands the ins-and-outs of the sport and brought the audience into the plays.

Who would have thunk it. Tony Romo better as a sports announcer than at QB. Life is so strange.

We had no discussion about how good he was or wasn’t as QB, only about how good he was as an announcer.

Some can play and not explain - not good for tv
Some can explain and not play - ok for tv
Some can play and explain - great for tv

Tony Romo is the anti-John Gruden, who couldn't even correctly say what happened after the fact.

It drives me nuts the inappropriate word choice. What is "physicalness" or playing "vertical."

It was a terrible half time show in general. These days you dont hope for a good show, you pray for another wardrobe malfunction or crazy celebrity meltdown to talk about the day after. With that said, I work in Boston, I live just north of Boston, I was born and raised in New England, so......... Go Patriots. Wasnt a great game but it wasnt terrible.

Honestly I'd take a low scoring game that was played hard by both teams as apposed to a high scoring game that drags on for hours due to flag after flag, challenge after challenge blah blah blah. I'm just glad there was no controversy or bad calls leaving either team sour.

Fun game despite it being a low scoring affair. Love seeing Brady and Belichick pressured and how they overcome. Love hearing Tony Romo. He is so awesome! Best commentator ever!
