Sorely tempted but I am trying to liquidate watches at this stage, not add to the stable. So reluctantly passed.

Yeah, actually have few watches I need to get rid of out of the collection since I don't wear them anymore for one reason or another. But the monkey side of the brain looked and said "pretty colors" which at that point, knew fighting it was useless or I would be searching for months trying to locate another one.

And was able to wear on the cruise for a few days and use the pool to bless it. Unfortunately Aruba was the last stop so next beach vacation it will have to come along.

This was my favorite pic the next day when the sun was out and the water was as deep blue as the watch.

If only it came with a depioyant clasp for that price?
Maybe, but the big tang buckle works well with the package. A folding buckle would just add to the bulk.

Agreed, the heavy rubber strap with tang buckle works great for the summer and overall blue color scheme. A shark mesh bracelet would work great for a different look but a deployant clasp doesn't fit the overall profile of the watch.

It's a tool watch in every sense of the word, designed for a specific purpose.
