I am selling this very nice Rolex Air-King ref. 5500.
Dated 1979
Serial number: 6099684
Movement: caliber 1520
Size: 34mm
Condition is really fantastic. I think my pictures tell everything.
Case is very good and clean. There are no scratches visible with the naked eye.
Super nice glossy black dial. Hands and dial still have all the original tritium.
The watch comes on a 78350 bracelet with 557 end links. Lug width is 19mm.
The watch has just been fully serviced by my watchmaker and is running perfect.
For that reason I give a 12 month guarantee on the watch.
I forgot to take pictures of the movement when it was with my watchmaker and I have no tool to open the case. Of course I can make pics at the buyer's request.
At 34mm in diameter, and without any additional features such as a rotating bezel, chronograph, or date complication, the reference 5500 Air-King boasts one of the more clean and understated Rolex designs of all time.
