A rare and highly desirable Leonidas Chronograph in very good conditions. Early 1940.
On January 1st , 1964 , HEUER and the LEONIDAS WATCH FACTORY, Saint-Imier, merged to become HEUER-LEONIDAS.

100% original Leonidas dial, unrestored, stainless steel case, all function works as it should, reset to zero and keep excellent time.

Two register model , Up and down, Venus 17 Jewels chronograph movement -

Oversize case, 36,5 mm without winding crown. Brown leather strap (distressed strap not included)

Very clean movement, fully serviced, oiled and cleaned by a professional watchmaker one week ago.

This is a very nice example of a Swiss WW2 chronograph, the watch looks superb on the wrist – Very stylishly- old school.
