Straw poll - ST on Strap or Bracelet?

As much as I love wearing the ST, I have never been convinced on Omega's choice of strap.
My choices are the Snoopy strap or the 1171 bracelet.
What would be your choice?

The 1171. I have a modern one and I am going to place it on my Gemini4. The problem I have is that the modern end links don't fit. They fit on my straight writing. I need to find my file.

Prefer it on a more classic-style strap, a tang-buckle Jean Rousseau coated nylon w/o stitching.

Mine is on a snoopy for now. I also have modern 1171 and have same problem as @Taddyangle

I just solved my problem. I used my wife's emory boards. It took two of them and about 20 minutes.

I’ll cast another vote for the bracelet. Looks very seamless, like it was meant to be together.

I think the polished bracelet would look strange on the brushed case, but I can give this a go over the weekend maybe

... I simply vote, "yes please!"

I honestly have no interest in the latest anniversary LE Speedy, RM or SM (happy for everyone that's giddy as all get-up, just not for me)... but this ST is fantastic, and unlike Sam, "I would like it here or there, I would like it anywhere... I would like it in a house, I would like it with a mouse... I would take one with a box, I would take one with a fox, I would and could take one in a car... I would in a tree... could I, would I take it in a train... in the dark, in the rain..., on a boat and with a goat, I do so like it, gostang I am..."

So for those of you who's biggest dilemma is what strap/bracelet to wear it on, know that wearing it with any of those is so much better than not wearing it at all... 😉

(and for those posting a Gemini IV in the same thread... have you NO mercy?)

black strap, white stitching makes the watch look somewhat decent 😀

Fitting the 1171 end links takes a little effort. Two things to make it easier: 1) #2 file and a half a dozen strokes on either side. 2) use standard 1.75mm spring bars. Omega supplied bars are just that fraction too tight.

I think both the snoopy strap and the 1171 look fantastic. You really need both. I constantly switch between my cordura strap and the bracelet on my speedy.
