A bit of a noob question, but how do I change the watch strap on a vintage Uni-compax? Obviously there aren’t pins like a typical watch. Thanks...
Depends on the lugs. I assume that your watch has fixed lugs, like this one: https://omegaforums.net/data/attachments/506/506928-49b0010b12115881e2b928600c7d9680.jpg you can cut the strap or, if you don't want to destroy the strap, try to decompose the strap on the rear side, where it is folded.
You may also have female bars. They are tricky ... Do a search here for how to work with them. Dre did a bit of a tutorial with pictures ....

One other suggestion.. you need a thin blade on your spring bar tool. Place it firmly at the junction of case and bar, press in and pull back firmly. Best to use softer band materials.
