These are quite commonly found as “service” dials, made by Singer. That’s how I found this one… What these were originally intended for, remains a mystery to me.
Some say it’s a service dial to the first white gold Speedy from the 80s, but knowing only about 22 of those were made, the dozens of service dials around make little sense.
Also, these have been found on 145.022-71’s, but as far as I know, nobody has been able to confirm these actually left the factory with these dials.

@Aludic doesn't it looks similar to the WG 10th anniversary Apollo 11 dial?

Yes, you’ve beaten me to it. Was editing my post when you replied. 😀

Yes, as stated above, that’s a commonly heard hypothesis. But the ratio of 22 original watches versus literally dozens of these dials makes no sense to me at all. And to make it more interesting: having seen two of those 22 original ones sporting subtly different dials, neither of the two exactly resembled these service dials.

Many thanks. Bizarre that a service dial would be white?

It's not white, it's silver. I confirm that so far there is no explanation why these dials were produced (and the black hand set with the lume)
