Apologies if this has been posted before.
Currently on ebay

Described as "Condition: Mint, Factory Original New Old Stock" but where are the inner 13 - 24 numerals?

The inner 13 - 24 numerals were printed in red, which would have required an additional imprint as part of the dial printing process...maybe this dial never reached that step?
