Strange Pet Peeve About Independent Sweep Second Hand On a Speedmaster

OK, this is going to sound strange, a little quirky, maybe even nuts, but I don't like the shape of the later versions, after 1968, of the Omega Speedmaster's independent sweep second hand. I prefer the elegant and sauve diamond tip edge on older models, rather than the wide flat wide triangle edge we see on today's versions. Don't know why, no clue, but, it's a problem.

Anybody else, or just call me strange?

I’ll agree with you on that one, something I’ve never even noticed before. The older version is more arrow shaped and elegant.

Dont mind either version to be honest

But i especially like the other coloured (blue, orange etc) Omega sweep seconds hand, found on several models, like these

Yeah, I might make an exception for an original Ultraman
