Looks like an extra lume dot above the six, perhaps a reminder that it has a left handed dial when one looks at it in the dark.

No, it was a correct (i.e. normal) case. The "tell" is on which side the case number is between the lugs.

Dial looks original to me. Probably just affixed incorrectly.

I was also thinking that the dial feet were missing, and someone decided to attach the dial upside-down. The extra lume dot is interesting, I haven't seen that before. It's too bad that the retailer logo is a bit crooked, but I doubt that it was faked. Probably not carefully done.

There are quite a few desirable parts on that watch.

I wouldn't discount the hands completely. There were a number of different set ups on these.

Agree. I like the sword hands better, but these could very well be original.

Echoing two previous comments, while uncommon, those type of hands were used on occasion. Both with and without lume.
