Strange Huge veeeery Old Omega, who knows it?

I was offered this strange very big (44 mm) Omega, by the serial number it dates back to 1913...
Is there someone who can help me indetifying it?

Have the feeling, lots of this recased pocketwatches comes from Ukraine.
Have seen a lot in the bay....

Note the two screws, one between the 8 & 9, and the other between the 2 & 3 that are holding the dial on. Ugh!

Maybe they're the missing case screws 😉.

I wonder what's holding the movement in?

If you are interested in watch making as a hobby and can get this for $25 it would be a great watch to practice on.
