Here's an eBay listing that has me confused.

https://www.ebay.com/itm/4052434027...uid=PNKbI2SGTue&widget_ver=artemis&media=COPY

It appears to be a correct straight writing backed watch, but has an extract production date of August 1969, with a movement # of 3132xxxx, which should put it squarely in 1971.

Is it possible the movement is not originally a speedmaster, or that omega used a seamaster mvt in it.

yes, that's the correct range for straight writing, but not in 1969 like the extract shows

I was only addressing the serial range, as the serial number you gave falls within it.

The extract wouldn’t return a “ST 145.022” if this movement came from a Seamaster. In the same vein, this extract doesn’t prove this is a SW either, but that the serial falls within range of a SW. -69’s had so much serial overlap for starters, that it’s far more plausible the caseback was swapped with that of a SW.
