Buon pomeriggio a tutti,

Looks to be a Seamaster quartz from 70s/80s with a gold plated case. My guess is reference 196.0267. You would be able to confirm that by removing the case back and looking for the movement serial number + watch reference number. This style of watch is not super collectible amongst enthusiasts. I would check eBay for similar comps that sold recently to get a sense of the current market value.

Google Translate of OPs message:
Good afternoon everyone,

I am writing on behalf of my brother who is not familiar with the internet and even less with forums.

He inherited an Omega Seamaster 1430 that he claims is gold and whose production date should be around the 70s, he no longer has the box and does not know the exact year of production, he would like to know its market value as in his opinion it should be a rather sought-after watch among enthusiasts.

Unfortunately we are both ignorant when it comes to watches so we would need feedback from people who are experts in the sector, I attach some photos of the watch but if further more detailed photos are needed do not hesitate to ask.

Thank you for your availability

Not a "collector's" item. As given by @stormysky10 it is gold plated, from the mid 1980s, and really only appealing to someone who just likes the appearance and is not chasing rarity. The value if it runs is about €3-400. If it does not run call it half that. The same movement is available as the base ETA for about €100 on Ebay if spares are needed.

My older similar Omega got a new battery last week for £15 (~€18). I've had the watch since 1982 and the slide-rule since 1967.
