The "cracks" are a result of the production process. They are not a problem. I believe that it should have a flatter crown with fewer serrations. Otherwise, it is a nice example.
Ah, thanks for the info. They do look uniform across all 4 lugs so that makes sense. Those lugs are very interesting to me, don't see too many vintage watches with that lug design. Reminds me a little bit of the Nomos Tangente.
The center part of the dial seems to be at least retouched if not reprinted. Inconsistent with the rest of the dial.
The outer section of the dial is undoubtedly more worn. This is likely the result of its proximity to the opening between the removable bezel and the mid-case. If the discrepancy was of a greater degree, then it might be a cause for concern. In this instance, I believe that an acceptable level of discrepancy is being exacerbated by the two tones of the dial. From a different angle, the central section would likely appear darker and not so incongruous.
