Sometimes ink from script got stain and I like it that way, do you considered it as patina?

 

Nice patina! I consider it as just patina and natural aging of the script. Here is another example...

 

It seems fine to me. From some of the pictures of restored dials I have been shown here, I would fear any attempt to clear it up would make it look much worse. We all age, and so do watches.
