SS Case for Omega Chronostop ref 145.008 in decent condition.

I have a project going with a 145.008 ChronoStop. Unfortunately the case has been polished by someone working at the soap factory and retains absolutely nothing of its former edges and glory.
I will be interested in buying a case or any combination containing such a case. I do not need a "NOS" condition case. A well used one will also do!

Any suggestions or hints appreciated!
