Spillman case pushers?

Hi,

I am trying to source pushers for this watch but no luck so far. This is for a Spillman case and their dimensions are quite peculiar (larger than usual and the top is flatter than usual as well).

Also, replacing them with more standard pushers won't work, because they need to fit into a rather large tube.

Any idea where I can find matching ones?
