Wow!! That is fantastic. Amazing work, and especially syncing the balance wheel to the music!! Loved it!

that is a super cool video - still makes it great to watch (sic!) - thanks for yout efforts!

However, whenever i am looking at macro shorts of ST1 I always think that there is a lot of carelessness in terms of execution - particularly when i look at paint on the dial - it seems that it is spilling much more then original moonwatch. Additioanlly the hands when magnified look pretty weird - i understand that they tried to brush them, but when you magnify it looks a little careless. Does anyone else see this?

Maybe a question relatinf to paint - is there any measure that you can use to objectively compare the level it spills between different mondels or different brands even? Or is this always subjective to one's eye? Sorry for putting this into this post, maybe there is a different thread on this - only got reminede about this when wathing this great clip again.

At the magnification shot all paint spills and be mindful that this is lume paint so it is thicker than normal paint. So compared to flat white paint it would be apples to oranges.

All mass produced production watches (even a Rolex) under intense magnification are not that perfect.

Thanks for the reply - just to clarify: lume paint which is thicker than normal paint means that it will likely spill more vs normal paint?

Yes it’s got more body in the glue and lume particles and is applied thicker than say a more matte white on a normal Speedmaster
