Hey guys, so funny story... I've actually now owned a Speedy Tuesday LE, specifically #1039 for about a year now since paying for it but have never actually worn it on my wrist in that time. We've been keeping it dent free while creating a follow-up to the Seamaster Pro Ceramic video we did back in 2014 and after a long break we'd finally like to share it with you guys, we hope you enjoy it! EDIT: I forgot to mention, please do subscribe on Youtube if you like it and would like to see more
Gorgeous! I especially liked the advancement and click of the gear in the final few seconds. The background score was quite nice too! Gotta ask, what did you (all) use to get in so close, Macro lens or a microscope?
I knew someone would comment on that lol. I bite my nails so am not photogenic enough and Trev was behind the camera so Ali was kind enough to fill in.
Macro lenses, but they certainly can get close enough to be considered microscope range. It's just tough to get good shots.
I can imagine! The diffuse lighting is great, that and the DoF are actually what threw me off. Great stuff!
Nice! Lume shots looked amazing and the movement shots, wow. Would love to see a video with the Gemini 4.
The selected music blends in very nicely with the video. It's a joy to watch from start to finish. Great work! I'm glad my other half did not see it though. I bet she would borrow my ST.
Yea... that might be difficult as I actually sold the Gemini 4 right before the prices doubled. It also would have required a NOS safe queen Gemini 4 which is really heard to find these days, mine wasn't bad by any means but it was worn as intended and had marks accordingly. Its a very photogenic and beautiful dial though, I'm sure it would have come out really nicely.
Great job guys, thanks for doing and sharing I was only wondering the other day what the movement looked like due to not having a display back.
Fabulous - that is light being let in on magic. And that lens . . . I'd never have realised otherwise that the script Speedmaster is a masterpiece of embroidery!
