·Just a snap for WIS members. Imagine you have the funds what would you buy a Platona with baguette dial or Speedmaster Moonphase?
And a second one for rest of the world. Imagine you dont have any affiliation with watch hobby and all of a sudden you decide to spend 80 grands. What would you buy? Until recently there was an Eagle has landed speedmaster in platinum being sold as NOS on chrono24 for something around 28 000 eur. At list price over 70 000 eur or something.

·I'm sorry, but as nice as platinum looks, these watches just don't appeal to me or look like something I would wear a lot.
As someone said, it reminds me of something Rolex would do. I'm sure someone would appreciate and wear these watches.
Otherwise they look very well made and I especially like the blue one.

The green one almost looks like the hour markers are forever lighted up by luminous material...

·Wow I did not notice these models until now. I love the Speedy Professional design, but these... I always thought that the proportions were not attractive, probably something to do with the size of the subdials and the moonphase being too large. The plain steel models were still OK, but this... Why oh why, Omega. Stop shooting yourself in the foot! Or putting it in your mouth after you shoot it off!
