Sure, you can use it on your watch, but I think there are better, cheaper, straps available. Nothing wrong with the Omega strap but there are many two stitch straps on the market, both ready made and custom made.

Probably not in stock but easily ordered. You will need a buckle as well. You can use an Omega tang (about $50) or use a generic tang or deployant buckle.
