One of my preferred aspects in watch collecting is meeting people. A lot of people. Over the years I have gotten to meet hundreds of collectors, here in Switzerland as well as abroad. It's been a blast for all of us and I would like to highlight how open and supportive Marketing and Museum Teams have been to make this event happen. Amazing people working there and sharing the love they have for the brand with the community around it. I have a good hundred of photographs in my camera - will sort them out and share some more of what we have seen there Thank you very much @Robert-Jan for sharing our experience
WOW! What an amazing assortment. I have to wonder: how does one keep track of all the watches in that pile?! There must be millions of dollars worth of Speedmasters from various collections all mixed up in there.
However they all do look the same for 99.9999999% of people, I believe we all can precisely tell why our Speedmasters are particular and how we can differentiate them from others.
Still wonder how they could keep this quiet ? Looking forward to the renewed Omega museum as the current is like a pair of jeans
Finally i received my pictures from processing. ... just joking. As i wanted to post something special as my 500th post, i held this back a little. As i did arrive half an hour early, i spent some time taking pictures. Outside Bienne Railway-Station Some impressions of the new buildings. The new museum being built right now. No worthwhile GTG-pictures to add from my side. Just have to say, it was a fantastic day! A big thank you to @kov and the Omega-Museum-Team!
